We have organised a residential trip, open to all Year 7 students, with The Bushcraft Company. Students will stay in a safari style camp and enjoy activities including bushcraft, wilderness cookery, fire lighting and shelter building.
The group will leave school on the morning of Monday 16th July to travel to Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire, they will arrive back at school on the evening of Wednesday 19th July.
The cost of the residential will be £175. This includes: -
The use of executive coaches provided by Johnsons Travel for travelling to and from Cholmondeley Castle.
Accommodation and full activity programme run by qualified instructors of The Bushcraft Company.

We believe this will be a fantastic opportunity for your child to learn new skills, make new friends and have a wonderful adventure living in the woods for 3 days while under the supervision of highly qualified staff.
School retains the right to refuse places to pupils whose behaviour and attendance is causing concern. Although the total cost is £175 we will collect this in instalments through the year. Your child will be issued with a payment card so that you are able to keep track of payments made.
The initial deposit is £40, which must be returned to school with the attached reply slip and medical form by the end of November. Deposits and reply slips must be handed in to Student Services.
