MR C CLINTON

HEADTEACHER

I am proud and privileged to be Head Teacher of Archbishop Ilsley. I was appointed in April 2022 and began my headship on 1st January 2023. I am committed to all pupils honing their God given talents, being exposed to a range of opportunities and following their vocation, whatever it may be. I have been a Deputy Head Teacher of two outstanding schools over the last five years. I have worked in a range of schools in a variety of contexts, both in the Midlands and abroad. I am very much looking forward to supporting and serving the whole Archbishop Ilsley Catholic community over the coming years.

DEPUTY HEADTEACHER

I am proud to have had a long association with Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School as both a member of staff and before that as a pupil. Our school has enabled and continues to enable so many of us to go on to a future of our own choosing. ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

I am proud to be a member of staff at Archbishop Ilsley Catholic school, and have been since 2005. Pupils deserve to learn, interact and develop in a secure, caring and enjoyable environment. Tolerance, understanding, discipline, resilience and forgiveness are central to the development of our pupils.

MISS A PERERIA
ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

Since 2006 I have taught at Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School in the Physical Education Faculty. I have been both Head of Faculty and Head of Sixth Form and was elected as Teacher Governor in 2014. In my current role I lead on Staff Training, Performance Management and work closely with year 10. I am passionate about education and wish for our pupils to be as successful as they can be in both their academic studies and their own wellbeing.

ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

I am Assistant head teacher in charge of Safeguarding and teach Physical Education and Religious Studies. I work closely with our LAC students and oversee Educational visits and trips. I am proud to work at Archbishop Ilsley and enjoy supporting all students to achieve their potential and assisting them to have the most successful futures possible.

ASSOCIATE SLT

I am Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for Character Education at Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School.  Character education is a term used to describe the teaching of children and adults in a manner that will help them develop variously as moral, civic, good, mannered, behaved, non-bullying, healthy, critical, successful, traditional, compliant or socially acceptable beings.  Getting this right will lead to outstanding academic outcomes, and pupils leaving Archbishop Ilsley as successful, confident and happy individuals, contributing to society positively.

SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER

As a past pupil of Archbishop Ilsley and a member of staff since 2003 I have a long association with the school. My current role as School Business Manager gives me the responsibility for overseeing the support functions within school including Finance and Personnel. It is my job to ensure that school resources are used effectively.

ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER

I have been at Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School since 2012. I lead on curriculum design and assessment at key stage 3 as well as ensuring the effective academic transition from year 6 to year 7. I also teach Geography.

MR J EL'HABID ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER AND HEAD OF SIXTH FORM & PICCL

ASSISTANT HEADTEACHER IN CHARGE OF DATA

As Assistant Head teacher in charge of data, I am responsible for monitoring the achievement and progress of students as well as reporting this to parents and carers. I have had the good fortune of attending Ilsley as a student and can speak at first-hand how fantastic our school is.

Also a former student of Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School, I am extremely proud to now be a part of its leadership team. I am an experienced teacher of both English and Media Studies and I have held leadership roles within both curriculum areas. I currently have responsibility for Curriculum Development in Years 7 and 8, developing Literacy within school and leading our Accelerated Reader Programme. I am passionate about Catholic Education and the virtues that we instil in our young people.

ESTATES MANAGER

I have worked at Ilsley since 1995 and have held the post of Site Manager for the last 10 years. It is my responsibility to ensure the school is kept clean,safe and secure to create a positive working environment for both pupils and staff.
